- Manage and troubleshoot existing enterprise-level Lenel Access Control Systems.
- Analyze and attend callouts, prepare reports and provide timely solutions.
- Lead maintenance and project teams for ACS implementation and support.
- Prepare system health checks, enhancement reports, and upgrade plans.
- Provide customer support reporting and attend client meetings.
- Lead system integration team and ensure smooth reporting.
