Lead Learning Designer & Facilitator for Change Programs

New Zealand Government in Wellington is seeking a Learning Designer and Facilitator Lead to join the HRIS and payroll replacement programme. You will design and deliver high‑quality learning solutions, build skills and confidence, and lead the planning, design, development and delivery of learning activities in a highly autonomous role.

This fixed‑term or secondment opportunity runs to 30 April 2027, with flexible location working arrangements and the National Headquarters as the base.
