Learning & Development

• Design, coordinate, and deliver learning programs across functions and levels
• Manage the annual training calendar, vendor relationships, and L&D budgets
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and ROI metrics
• Champion a culture of continuous learning across the Group

Employer Branding

• Develop and execute employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, job boards, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and leadership to craft compelling EVP (Employee Value Proposition) messaging
