LEAD lean manufacturing AOS

Job description Do you have continuous improvement experience, have you worked in Operations and would you like to progress and develop new skills? Then this job is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a LEAD lean manufacturing AOS to join our AOS team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the final assembly line team based in Mirabel. You will be part of the AOS team responsible for the implementation of AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as AOS Agent will be to transfer AOS knowledge to leaders, supervisors and natural teams and coach the routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving the performance of the workcenter.
