Lead, LATAM Conversational AI Delivery & Solutions

Omilia is seeking a Senior Conversational AI Delivery Lead for LATAM, based in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions. You will be the hands-on technical owner, translating complex requirements into effective implementations while leading the regional delivery pod.

This strategic position involves close collaboration with clients, guiding junior engineers, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes aligned with customer experience goals. Proficiency in both English and either Portuguese or Spanish is required.
