Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Lead Java Backend Engineer (Java 17, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cloud) for their Charlotte, NC/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Lead Software Engineer with experience in design, development of enterprise systems, and handling high volumes of data.
+ The candidate would design and implement solutions to support our clients. Technology toolkit involves RDBMS tools (SQL Server, Oracle), middleware services (Java/J2EE, Spring, Kafka/JMS), User Interaction (React)
+ Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned tasks from initiation to resolution
+ Proactively seek solutions, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through in a timely and professional manner
+ Works closely with peer developers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that automated test plans and scripts me...
