LEAD INVENTORY SPECIALIST (FALCON) - 2ND SHIFT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Support daily/weekly team meetings by participating in ways to help the team improve
+ Oversee daily shift backlogs. Maintain continual oversight to RFI backlogs and incoming backlogs to ensure compliance to metric targets
+ Re-assign daily shift resources to meet demands
+ Provide input to employees' performance
+ Function as focal point for area group production coordinators and priorities
+ Participate in adding to the area’s to-do lists for improvement projects
+ Fulfill resource gaps when shifts are short-handed
