Lead Instructor & Course Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Instructor and Delivery Coordinator to take ownership of the delivery, and continuous enhancement of all Academy learning services. This includes online programmes, face‑to‑face courses, workshops, professional schemes, and endorsed training.

This is a pivotal role focused on delivering excellence at every stage of the learning experience. The postholder will ensure that all training is executed with precision, consistency, and the highest quality standards, aligning with industry best practice and organisational expectations.
