Lead Installer/Mechanic

The Installer is responsible for the quality installation of new products within schedules and budgets, including Hufcor and other products sold by the distributorship.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete the installation of all products sold by the distributorship per the schedule and budget
Solve field and site problems or issues that interfere with the successful completion of the project
Verify and complete field dimensions and site conditions
Complete punch lists and get required customer signatures
Generate service or maintenance contract leads
Assist with service projects as needed
Cross-train in other responsibilities
Participate in ongoing process improvements
Timely and accurate completion of essential responsibilities
Active involvement in achieving corporate goals
