Overview

The Lead Installer is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for personally performing HVAC installations while leading the crew and ensuring each project is completed on time, to the highest quality standards, and in full compliance with manufacturer specifications and code requirements. This role carries direct accountability for job execution in the field-install quality, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Lead Installer works alongside installers and apprentices daily, setting the pace, solving problems in real time, and ensuring jobs are completed right the first time.
