Advanced expertise in enterprise infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments

Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware/VDI) and enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS)

Deep understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and routing within multi-site environments

Proven ability to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, and network components

Experience performing server and security audits, system health monitoring, and performance optimization

Ability to design, implement, and support infrastructure upgrades and new technology initiatives

Strong documentation skills, including maintaining operational runbooks and technical procedures
