Lead III-V Epitaxy & Fab Process Engineer

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a motivated Process Engineer (Senior/Principal) in Singapore to support III-V semiconductor device development and manufacturing. You will focus on epitaxy and wafer fabrication processes, driving improvements in yield, cost control, and new product introduction while collaborating with international teams.

The right candidate should have a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, alongside experience in semiconductor manufacturing and knowledge of III-V materials.
