Lead HVAC Installer (Residential & Light Commercial)

TRS Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to provide residential and commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this position is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional who takes pride in accurate troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. The right candidate will represent our long-standing values of honesty, reliability, and customer care while working independently in the field.

Compensation

$30-$40 per hour

Compensation is negotiable based on HVAC experience, technical expertise, certifications, and industry knowledge.
