What You’ll Do
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and champion the design vision for Grvt across all user touchpoints
- Drive the evolution of our product experience, balancing functional clarity with emotional impact
- Explore and apply design principles from outside fintech to push Grvt toward world‑class usability and delight
Design Execution & Leadership
- Lead end-to-end design for core product features
- Guide UI/UX designers through rapid cycles of ideation, prototyping, user testing, and iteration
- Work with the Creative team to build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and aesthetic excellence
- Collaborate with the Creative team to craft prototypes and interaction flows that elevate utility through thoughtful, emotionally rich design
- Give and receive thoughtful critique; elevate the craft quality of the entire team
