Lead Geotechnical Engineer — Infrastructure & Hazards

WSP is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our Napier region, with flexible base in Napier, Taupō or Gisborne. You will provide technical direction, strengthen client relationships and grow regional geotechnical capability across infrastructure and land development projects.

You will deliver high‑quality geotechnical solutions, undertake investigations, analyses and design, and lead or contribute to proposals and work programmes while mentoring junior staff.
