Job Summary
A Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting and identifying potential 1–3 attorney law firms for LexisNexis Small Law New Business teams, while validating and enriching firm data, ensuring accuracy in Salesforce, and creating or updating CRM records as needed.
Accountabilities
- Learning about sales tools and different prospecting techniques
- Creating new accounts of prospective clients found that are not on Salesforce
- Appending outdated client information in the database
- Data validation and data cleansing
- Establishing professional relationships with offshore partners representatives
- Other duties may be assigned
