Lead Front-End Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Front-End Engineer who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and can take full ownership of features from design to deployment. You'll work closely with product to build performant, accessible experiences on our React/TypeScript stack — and you actively use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to ship faster and with higher quality.

We intentionally remain a small, fast, demanding team of senior engineers, with a high bar for execution and quality.

What you’ll do:

• Own and deliver front-end features end to end, from technical design through implementation, testing, and production monitoring, with minimal oversight.
• Architect scalable, maintainable front-end systems using React and TypeScript, making pragmatic trade-offs between speed and long-term code health.
