The Lead Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing and overhauling fleet vehicles in a timely and cost efficient manner. In addition, ensure shop work is organized and assigned to the appropriate mechanic personnel in the Market Center location. Overall, need to focus on quality control and preventative maintenance. Generally, a Lead Mechanic works in a market center location/shop with one or two additional mechanics.
