Lead Financial Systems & Procedures Analyst

Summary This position is located in the Financial Operations Division of the Office of Financial Management (OFM), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). The incumbent serves as the senior analyst and performs a wide variety of administrative and high-level analytical duties to ensure the propriety and integrity of VBA financial systems, processes, procedures and policies. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Serves as a project and/or team leader in developing system requirements and specifications (ex. coordinating installation, evaluating and testing financial systems) with minimal guidance/supervision. Works independently to make improvements, solve problems, and/or take corrective action when problems arise.
