We are seeking an experienced Lead Facilities Maintenance professional to support our team in Northern Colorado. In this role, you will take ownership of daily facility maintenance operations, equipment oversight, and project coordination to help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of building systems, preventative maintenance, and vendor management.
