Role Overview

As a Lead Executive in the Planning & Risk Management Department, you will support the institution’s strategic direction by managing and analysing performance data, developing dashboards and reporting systems, and translating insights into recommendations that inform leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Organisational Performance Tracking and Analysis Data Management: Manage the collection and reporting of performance data and other strategic indicators, and contribute to improving management processes, procedures, and systems.
• Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards and data reporting systems.
• Performance Analysis: Support the analysis of performance data to ensure whole‑of‑institution alignment and inform leadership decision‑making across strategy, risk and operations.
