Lead Estimator – PWR Transmission

You will join the Tendering team within the PWR Transmission Business Group, collaborating with sales, project, and finance teams. Based in Oslo or Halden, you will report to the Project Portfolio Tender Manager, who reports to the Head of Tendering. Our environment is cross‑functional, emphasizing teamwork and precision to deliver high‑impact, high‑value projects.

Responsibilities

• Design cost structures and tender P&L statements in line with internal standards.
• Analyze and validate cost inputs from multiple departments.
• Prepare pricing schedules, KPIs, and financial insights for internal reviews.
• Support tender and sales managers throughout the tender lifecycle.
• Run simulations and optimize cash flow and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to manage cost risks.
