Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Lead the HVAC system development for tractor application.
- Attending cross functional team & demonstrating the air conditioning activities.
- Smart handling of problem solving techniques.
- Customer interaction to solve air conditioning issues.
- Supplier visits and getting on the critical parts development activities & New technology development along with suppliers.
- Make different Conceptual options to finalise 3D layout
- Heat load calculations, Cooling load estimation, heating load estimation for tractor cabin and HVAC system parts selection / Preparation of SOR for HVAC.
- Having knowledge about refrigeration (R134a/R12345yf) properties.
- Packaging & integrating Engine interface / Cabin interface systems into a vehicle
- Detailed design of Engine interface systems (3D modelling and drawing preparation) like A/C compressor packaging, HVAC packaging, air filtration design and known the off highway ...
