To map airbag impact zone Ex. CAB, SAB and KAB To create Pedestrian mapping zone on vehicle in CAD. To make BRIC.To check interface issues. To make interface sign-off sheet. Design and drafting in CatiaV5 R21. Development of Restraints Systems with Supplier. BoM creation, Parts number creation. Create drawings for release and Homologation purpose. Release of design and drawings as per gateways. Prepare and release gateways clearance documents like Lesson learnt. Plan and conduct DFMEA, DR. To follow-up with Supplier for DVP and design activities.
