Lead Engineer, Shielding & Reactivity Controls

**Job Description Summary**
The Shielding & Reactivity Control (SRC) Engineer will contribute on the SRC team by performing, verifying, and mentoring engineering work in the areas of shielding, criticality, fluence, reactivity control/reactivity insertion analysis, and control rod blade design.

**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Perform technical evaluations and provide technical support in the areas of criticality safety and shielding, fluence evaluations, control rod blade, dose and decay heat analyses technical analyses.
+ Effectively communicate and coordinate activities with internal and external project managers, technical personnel, and customers on engineering/technical issues.
+ Maintain and/or exceed baseline project schedule and cost in delivery of nuclear fuel reload engineering deliverables.
+ Prepare, document and present technical data to internal and external customers.
