Lead Engineer / Engineer, AI Training & Competency, AI Central

The Lead Engineer (AI Training & Competency) will support the Head (AI Training & Competency) in the development and delivery of AI workforce capability‑building initiatives across the Home Team. This role plays a key part in designing and developing AI learning content, digital learning experiences, competency development initiatives, and training programmes that enable Home Team officers to responsibly and effectively adopt AI technologies. The incumbent will engage Home Team Departments (e.g., SPF, SCDF, ICA, etc.), industry partners, academia, government agencies, and learning providers to understand evolving learning needs, emerging AI technologies, and workforce capability requirements.
