Lead Engineer, Capital Projects

About the Opportunity

We are looking to hire a Lead Engineer, Capital Projects to join our Timmins Operations team in Timmins, ON to play a key role in the Bell Creek Shaft expansion project on a full‑time basis. The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday, 8 hrs/day or 4 on, 3 off, 10hrs/day.

This position offers a base salary range of $140,000‑$180,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. This is an existing vacancy. The successful candidate may begin as soon as possible.

This role requires relocation to the Timmins area and is not a camp‑based position.

The Lead Engineer, Capital Projects will support the implementation of capital projects during design, build, close‑out, and operational readiness phases.
