About the Role
Pareto FM is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Lead Electrical Engineer to join a prestigious site-based contract in London.
This is a senior engineering position responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance operations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical building systems, and supporting the ongoing operation of a technologically advanced workplace environment.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. This role is approximately 50% hands-on and 50% supervisory, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical delivery and team leadership.
A company electric van will be provided for site duties, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
