Reporting to the Child Care Supervisor, this Lead ECE – Bicentennial role focuses on nurturing children's physical, cognitive, and emotional development. You will be responsible for administering educational values while supervising staff and ensuring adherence to applicable guidelines. In the Child Care Supervisor’s absence, you will lead effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate a play-based, educational atmosphere for children
• Administer and supervise educational activities
• Guide colleagues in compliance with educational policies
• Be the acting supervisor during absence of the Child Care Supervisor
• Encourage and track children's overall development
