Lead Drainage & Excavator Operator – Bay of Plenty Civil

HEB Construction is seeking an experienced lead excavator operator with trenching and drainage experience to join our Civil team in the Bay of Plenty / Tauranga region. This permanent full-time role offers a minimum 40 hours per week and regular Monday–Friday work with occasional Saturdays.

You will operate excavators and other plant such as rollers, compactors, and site dumpers on diverse civil projects, including drainage, kerb & channel, and light asphalt work.
