Lead Development Swim Coach – Pathway Leader

Repton is seeking a Lead Development Coach to deliver an exceptional coaching pathway at Repton Swimming. The role involves coaching young swimmers and supporting their development. With a proven track record in swimming, candidates are expected to have Swim England Level 3 Senior Coach qualification, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple squads effectively.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, 25 days of annual leave, and access to Repton's exceptional Sports Centre facilities.
