We’re looking for a Lead Engineer who can own products end-to-end ,from concept to field deployment
What You’ll Do
- Lead the New Product Development, Automation solutions for Farm machinery
- Take products from idea → prototype → field validation → production
- Manage and mentor a small multi disciplinary engineering team
- Work closely with fabrication, vendors, and on-field teams
- Drive cost-effective, rugged designs suited for Indian conditions
