Responsibilities

• Own and drive the technical roadmap for Johnson Matthey’s database environments, including SQL Server and Oracle.
• Compute, backup, restore and ensure robust disaster recovery capability.
• Lead a team of Database Administrators, ensuring processes are followed and work is completed inline with published standards.
• Embed new tools and technologies throughout the database discipline.
• Provide oversight of projects impacting the database area.
