Lead Data Scientist - Causal Inference & Promo Optimization

GoTo Group is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to lead causal modeling for promotions across our delivery and ride-hailing platforms. You will own end-to-end modelling, guide a team of data scientists, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to improve efficiency metrics and drive growth.

You will design and productionize uplift models at scale, advance causal inference methodologies, and solve budget-constrained allocation problems while ensuring fairness and alignment
