Lead Data Platform Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior Data Platform Lead to build and scale a next-generation data platform in a modern, fast-growing international SaaS company.

This is not a traditional data role focused on reporting. You’ll design a flexible, auditable platform that becomes the foundation for automated credit decisioning, supplier and transaction scoring, predictive risk models, early-warning systems and AI-driven workflows.

The ambition is clear: within the next 3 years, most credit decisions and operational processes will be automated or AI-assisted—while maintaining full traceability, explainability and human oversight where needed.

You’ll tackle a true systems design challenge , owning the platform architecture end-to-end: defining modelling patterns, event-driven structures, transformation layers, and ensuring performance, scalability and reliability. The platform must support new products, events and risk logic w...
