Lead Data Architect — Healthcare Interoperability & AI

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Lead Data Architect to design and evolve healthcare data architectures across Africa, focusing on HL7/FHIR interoperability and integration with EMR, laboratory, and national health systems.

You will work across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases in distributed environments. You will mentor engineers, support analytics and AI initiatives, and contribute to data governance and performance optimization.
