Lead Data Architect, Healthcare Interoperability & AI

AgileEngine is seeking a Lead Data Architect to design and evolve healthcare data architecture for a large-scale primary healthcare platform operating across Africa. You will lead database modernization and define interoperability using HL7 and FHIR while mentoring engineers across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL environments.

The role requires deep data modeling, API and system integration experience, and a focus on scalable software architecture with Agile teamwork.
