Lead Data Architect - Healthcare Data Interop (Remote)

AgileEngine is seeking a Lead Data Architect to design and evolve healthcare data architecture, define interoperability using HL7 and FHIR, and lead database modernization for a large-scale primary health platform across Africa. You will work across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases in distributed systems.

You will mentor engineers, support analytics and AI initiatives, and strengthen data governance and performance as part of a collaborative, growth-focused team.
