The Tax Center of Excellence at Invesco Hyderabad is responsible for global tax operations across Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing for all Invesco group entities in North America, EMEA, UK and India.
Your Role
Responsible for all periodic direct tax compliances, viz. Withholding tax compliances, Advance tax computation and tax provision, Income-tax audit, Income-tax return and Transfer Pricing compliances including local Master FileSupport in preparation and review of transfer pricing documentationReview inter-company transactions to evaluate potential tax impacts on such transactionsPreparation of initial responses during Income-tax and Transfer Pricing assessment and litigation proceedingsOther duties and tasks as may be relevant to fulfil job responsibilitiesThe Experience You Bring
