Lead Copywriter

Job Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and refine high-performing content across campaigns, channels, and supporter journey stages
• Select and craft compelling stories and assets from content libraries
• Lead audience-driven content development that attracts, educates, and converts target audiences
• Embed AI tools into content writing, ideation, and process automation
• Champion World Vision NZ's tone of voice and brand storytelling across all written outputs
• Coach and uplift internal teams' writing capability and brief development skills
• Manage and oversee content delivery from external creative agencies and freelancers
• Ensure all written assets are accurately tagged, stored, and available for reuse

• 4+ years of proven copywriting and editing experience
