We are looking for a Lead Coordinator to manage and structure incoming leads across our channels in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Your scope in this role

• Process and qualify incoming leads from WhatsApp, email, forms and campaigns.
• Assign leads efficiently to agents and keep routing clean and structured.
• Maintain CRM data, follow‑up tracking and pipeline visibility.
• Support the sales team by ensuring no lead gets lost.
