Responsibilities Serves as a team leader and the senior level warranted contracting officer with signature authority to support all assigned pre-award and/or post-award functions for a wide variety of highly complex contracts. Ensures that all acquisition documents are in full compliance with contracting regulations and related DoD standards. Develops and implements innovative business strategies, including e-commerce solutions to improve customer support. Evaluates the adequacy of systems and the contractor's financial health and determines their potential impact on assigned programs. Interacts with all facets of the supply chain in order to forecast/troubleshoot problems and acquire the most definitive status/information available for customers and Directorate personnel.
