The HCM Lead is the onsite face of the Payroll/HCM track on an EBS-to-Oracle-Fusion-Cloud transformation programme, owning the end-to-end functional solution for Oracle Payroll Cloud. This hands-on leadership role calls for deep Oracle HCM/Payroll Cloud expertise, strong stakeholder management, and sound judgment to drive design decisions and protect delivery quality through every project phase, from Discovery through go-live and Hypercare.Your roleIn the role of HCM Lead, you will lead a blended onsite/offshore team and act as the primary point of contact for the client's business and IT stakeholders on the Payroll/HCM workstream.
