Lead Clinician/Occupational Therapist

Lead Clinician – Occupational Therapist required to manage our in‑house Clinical Team at Bankside College.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to the on‑site clinical team, including line management and service development in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead.
• Hold and treat a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
• Ensure all work meets EHCP plan requirements and follows target‑led, group and individual clinical pathways embedded in our practice.
• Safeguard and champion a person‑centred, safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils are heard, respected and involved in decisions that affect them.
• Collaborate dynamically within a growing and multi‑professional clinical service.
