Lead Civil & Structural Engineer - Onshore Oil & Gas EPC

Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to support major EPC oil & gas projects in Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for delivering engineering design, analysis, and technical support across all project phases, ensuring compliance with international standards.

The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of experience in similar projects, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in STAAD Pro. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with familiarity with Middle East EPC projects.
