WSP USA is currently initiating a search for a **Lead Civil Engineer** to join our growing **Northeast Civil Transportation team** . The position is available in both our **New York City** office.

Provides high level technical assistance and guidance for multi-site/phase design and construction infrastructure projects in the public and private sector. Tasks include the research, concept development, planning, design and construction of sites, facilities, roads, highways, utilities and rail infrastructure. Substantiates reports and documentation to advise on material, installation, design, and construction specifications. Assists in the oversight of a team of engineers and subconsultants. Interacts with clients and public agencies. Ensures that responsibilities are delivered and adhered to with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards for design, safety, and functionality.
