Lead Chinese Cuisine Cook - Fast-Paced Kitchen Leader

TAI HENG FOOD HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced cook to manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality. You will prepare, cook and serve multiple menu items while maintaining cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong Chinese cuisine skills and the ability to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays, within NEA guidelines and restaurant SOPs.
