You will be instrumental in crafting innovative menus and enhancing our reputation in the food and beverage industry at Chester Zoo's stunning heritage venues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily kitchen operations and act for the Sous Chef
• Develop delicious, on-trend menus for various events
• Produce high-quality dishes for restaurants and events
• Mentor Chef de Parties and other kitchen team members
• Collaborate with front of house for seamless service
