Description

The Involuntary Outpatient Commitment (IOC) program provides community-based coordination and support for individuals who do not meet the criteria for inpatient commitment, but struggle with treatment adherence and require structured care to prevent decline. Serving Monmouth and Middlesex Counties, the Lead Case Manager oversees overall departmental care coordination and staff supervision while holding on-call responsibilities. Key operational duties include managing court system coordination, leading planning for admission, treatment, discharge, and aftercare, and representing the department at community and state meetings.
