As Lead Buyer, you ensure reliable sourcing of raw materials (fruits u0026amp; vegetables) to meet production needs and support the Procurement department. You’ll work closely with growers, HQ procurement, QA, sustainability, and plant operations to shape procurement strategies and provide market insights. This role combines supplier relationship management with process optimization to drive material availability and cost efficiency. You will have a chance to influence sourcing at an international scale within the Döhler Group environment.
